I just signed a lease for my 4th year here. I have been very happy with the management, maintenance, and environment here. It is quiet, I feel safe, repairs are addressed immediately, it is nicely maintained and Nancy in the office is always helpful and friendly. The apartments are older but have been updated and new washers and dryers were put in the laundry room recently. Melani N.

We are very happy hear after selling our house. The rent is alittle high but we are comfortable. I am very happy with the manager Nancy and Val the maintenance guy, they make a good team.

A great place to live! The neighbors are friendly and the property manager, Nancy Russell, is very nice and helpful. she closed the pool for my family to have a private pool party for my son's birthday. Every month she organizes a community event that are fun for the whole family. I would recommend moving here to anyone who's looking for a nice apartment and a friendly environment especially if you have kids.
